WHAT IS A CIVIC SCHOLAR?

Our Young Civic Scholars are devoted and passionate young organizers, committed to serving their community through civic engagement, youth outreach, and uplifting young voices in the movement.

By leading community discussions on a variety of relevant issues for high school and college Arizonan students, our civic scholars were not only creating the conversation, but leading it.

From hosting workshops on civic engagement, education, community resources, and government, together they supported their peers through open dialogue intended to positively impact their communities.

This program includes a stipend and offered to incoming High School Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors.
